How can I reinstall the program if I've formatted my hard disk or changed my PC?

If you have formatted your PC, changed your computer or need to reinstall for any other reason, you can do this without having to pay or register again. You can either use your installation CD or download the latest version from our website.

While your license remains in force, you can download and reinstall the product as often as you like.

Note: Remember that to download the latest version of the products you must have registered as a client.

Once you are in the client download area, follow these instructions:

1. Enter your user name and password provided Enter.

2. In the DOWNLOADS AVAILABLE FOR... box , click Software.

3. When you open this folder, you will see the files corresponding to your product. Click on the master (complete program) for your operating system PC.  

Note: To check your computerÆs operating system, click Start, Run, type winver and click OK. You will see a window indicating the version of your operating system.

4. Save the file to your hard disk. It is best to create a folder in the C: drive, name it for example, and download the file to this folder.

5. Once the download is complete, go to the folder you have saved the file to and double click it to begin the installation.
